Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers may return or exchange products purchased through the Kinetic Fitness website located at www.kineticfitness.online (the “Site”). By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the provisions contained herein.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Items designated as clearance, final sale, customized, or non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact Kinetic Fitness at info@kineticfitness.online, providing the order number and reason for return. Upon review, our support team will issue return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Items must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error, such as the delivery of an incorrect or defective item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only in cases of defective or damaged products. Customers requesting an exchange must contact Kinetic Fitness at info@kineticfitness.online. Replacement items will be dispatched once the defective product has been received and verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers receiving damaged or incorrect products must notify Kinetic Fitness within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the item and packaging. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Compliance

Returns that do not comply with the conditions set forth in this Policy may be refused or subject to partial refunds at the discretion of Kinetic Fitness.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
