Orders and Fulfillment

In such cases, we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel affected orders. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Hong Kong, except where claims relating to intellectual property rights may be pursued in court.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
