Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

This Delivery and Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the Kinetic Fitness website (the “Site”). By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the provisions contained herein.

Processing of Orders

All orders received through the Site are processed within approximately ten business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Customers will be notified by electronic mail once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Kinetic Fitness provides complimentary shipping on all orders. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, or periods of high demand.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information will generally become active within twenty-four hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping. Kinetic Fitness does not assume liability for such charges, which remain the obligation of the purchaser.

Damages During Transit

Kinetic Fitness shall not be held liable for products damaged or lost during transit. Customers receiving damaged goods must immediately contact the carrier to file a claim and notify Kinetic Fitness by email at info@kineticfitness.online, providing photographic evidence of the package and product.

Missing or Delayed Orders

In the event that an order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, customers should contact Kinetic Fitness at info@kineticfitness.online. We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter in good faith.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
